About the Role:

As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will be an integral part of our collaborative approach, working directly alongside Victoria Thompson, LCSW, within a multi-disciplinary team. Your role will involve providing therapeutic support to patients and families referred to our clinic for diverse mental health concerns. We seek a candidate with a proven background in addressing various mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, acceptance, and life transitions, across a wide age spectrum from children to the elderly.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will encompass a range of patient-centered tasks:

· Conduct assessments and psycho-diagnosis

· Develop personalized treatment plans

· Deliver effective therapeutic interventions

· Plan for patient discharges

· Collaborate with others for group and family therapy, as needed

Qualifications:

· Current ACHMC, CSW, or AMFT License from the State of Utah

· Valid Utah Driver's License

· Preferred: Previous experience in Behavioral Health

· Minimum: Master's Degree or higher
