Residential Solar Sales Associate

Our Residential Solar Sales Team is a critical part of Bullet EV's expansion. This position will work directly with Bullet EV's senior management team targeting specific regions for residential EV charger sales and solar upsells.
Responsibilities:
· Generate new residential leads and sales opportunities, and close company-generated leads
· Qualify existing leads and sales opportunities
· Manage entire sales process from origination to ensuring customers are thrilled with us (customers make the best referrals!)
· Navigate customers through the Solar rebate process, including any required regulatory paperwork
· Prepare pitch material and sales presentations
· Visit customers to perform site visits, record notes and take photographs to evaluate needs, and promote company products including solar and storage
· Be an ambassador for Bullet EV and Bullet Solar, helping to build our brand and reputation with customers
· Maintain client records in our CRM system
Basic Qualifications:
· Ambition to conquer one of the fastest growing industries in the country
· Strong work ethic, dependable, a self-starter and able to work with little supervision
· Ability to learn quickly
· Experience with either EV Charger, Solar or Storage is sales preferred, but not required
· Self-starter comfortable in startup mode
· Team building and leadership skills
· Exceptional communication and presentation skills
· Experience with Salesforce or other CRM
· Must have a reliable source of transportation with a valid DL and clean record
