Practice Summary:

• Annual Revenue: $3,600,000
• 50% PPO, 50% FFS
• Schedule: Full-Time Monday Thursday 8am-6pm and Fridays 8am-12pm
• Ops: 12
• Active Patients: 4,500
• Doctors: 3

Qualifications and Skills:

• 2-4 years of clinical experience
• Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry ability to examine, diagnose, and treat
• patients, and has a focus on prevention
• GPR or AEGD preferred
• Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve
