Practice Summary:
- Annual Revenue: $3,600,000
- 50% PPO, 50% FFS
- Schedule: Full-Time Monday Thursday 8am-6pm and Fridays 8am-12pm
- Ops: 12
- Active Patients: 4,500
- Doctors: 3

Qualifications and Skills:
- 2-4 years of clinical experience
- Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry ability to examine, diagnose, and treat
- patients, and has a focus on prevention
- GPR or AEGD preferred
- Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve
