Salary:

Job Summary: The Manager of Engine Product Line position assists the Director of Engine Product Line and oversees all engine material both in stock and incoming. This includes all facets of engine teardowns, repairs, and asset management.  The Manager of Engine Product Line is expected to build expert material knowledge. It requires that one be a self-starter, able to work as part of a team and willing to assist with all day-to-day operations inherent to a rapidly growing organization.  

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:  

 

  • Communicate with Director of Product Line, Inside Sales group and the Business Development group to ensure a seamless and coordinated service level to the customer. 
  • Responsible for assisting the Director of Product Line in the management and sales of assigned product.  
  • Continually monitor market and advise Director of Product Line of changes affecting inventory. 
  • Assist in evaluating available inventory packages for purchase based on historic or future needs.  
  • Assist in reviewing various customer inquiries and quotes.  
  • Generate and provide monthly reports tracking program performance against key company metrics. 
  • Continually assess the ongoing business requirements and identify potential opportunities with existing program customers. 
  • Continually review inventory to ensure that our material is ready to meet customers’ requirements 
  • Ensure that TrueAero is meeting contractual obligations and that any performance deviations are communicated back to all impacted departments. 

 

Education, Knowledge, and Skills:  

 

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field or industry. 
  • Technical knowledge in aviation maintenance or Powerplant a plus. 
  • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel). 
  • Must have strong analytical skills. 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. 
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and can handle various project types. 
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and vendors. 
  • Must exhibit a high level of confidentiality with work product.
