Marketing Director
Thomasville, GA l Temp to Perm l $19.23 - $24.04 / Hour
We are looking to hire a Marketing Director for a life insurance company to lead the business successfully through marketing efforts. You will be responsible for providing guidance to the marketing department and develop marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead marketing team to coordinate and organize video shoots, print designs and digital marketing ads
- Approve all marketing content
- Grow the companies social media presence through several platforms
- Test new marketing strategies
- Stay up to date on all current marketing trends
- Work with Partners/RVPS’s to help build and grow their agencies across multiple platforms
- Attend leadership meetings for contest (podcast, photoshoots, etc.)
- Other job duties as assigned
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- Previous marketing experience required
Requirements
- Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently, safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance
- Communicate effectively
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Great creativity
Location: Thomasville, GA
Pay Range: $19.23 - $24.04 / Hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM
