We are seeking a Senior Staff Geotechnical Engineer to join our Irvine Team. This position is non-exempt.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform subsurface investigations for residential, commercial and public work projects
  • Review and summarize laboratory test data and report writing
  • Perform field investigations using hollowstem auger and CPT rigs
  • Perform engineering analyses for foundation designs, slope stability, and seismic hazards
  • Review grading and foundation plans for conformance
  • Perform or supervise field technician work
  • Prepare design requirements, technical reports, and proposals

Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree in Geotechnical Engineering
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check to be considered
