Manufacturing Assembler/Packager

Responsibilities:

• Assembly of complicated devices
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
• Packaging of sterile and non sterile devices
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions or production issues
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Good communication skills for data entry and record keeping
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment operation
