- Utilize your expertise to assess and improve therapeutic, rehab, and functional statuses, bringing smiles and progress along the way.
- Be a hero by recommending devices or tools that could add extra joy to our patients' lives.
- Provide the attentive ear our patients need by listening to their concerns and fulfilling their requests with grace.
- Collaborate harmoniously with our multidisciplinary team to create tailored care plans for each individual, including Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physicians, and more.
- Educate patients and their families on effective home health care strategies, empowering them with knowledge and confidence.
Requirements:
- Let compassion and friendliness guide you in every interaction.
- Embrace the adventure of exploring Mid Valley's dynamic neighborhoods as you visit multiple patients each day.
- Flaunt your State Physical Therapy license from the Physical Therapy Board of California as your badge of honor.
- While experience in in-home or Hospice settings is a plus, your passion and dedication are what truly matter.
- Communicate effectively and manage time efficiently, balancing efficiency with a personal touch.
- Get ready to hit the road with a valid driver's license, as you embark on a journey of healing and connection.
- Keep your CPR certification and TB clearance up to date to ensure you're always prepared to spring into action
