Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain equipment for line painting, asphalt crack filling, sealcoating, power washing, epoxy flooring, and more.
- Plan and execute projects to produce high-quality results.
- Communicate daily job progress to the General Manager / Owner.
- Ensure job sites are safe and free from hazards.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Possess a California driver's license with a clean record and reliable transportation.
- Self-motivated and a proficient problem solver with keen attention to detail.
- Understand the critical nature of punctuality, organization, and customer satisfaction.
- Capable of physically demanding work, including walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75 lbs).
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Experience with small engines or paint sprayers is beneficial.
- Having cleared the C32 exam is considered an asset.
