We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Birthday Party Manager to join our team at Empire Adventure Park. The Birthday Party Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing all events and birthdays at the Adventure Park, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all event inquiries and bookings, including birthday parties, corporate events, and other special occasions.
Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences, offering personalized recommendations and solutions to meet their needs.
Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, including scheduling, catering, decorations, and entertainment.
Manage event staff, including party hosts and support staff, ensuring they are well-trained and prepared to deliver exceptional service to guests.
Oversee setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring they are clean, organized, and appropriately decorated.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of event details.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in event planning or hospitality management, with a focus on birthday parties and special events.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and vendors.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple events simultaneously.
Creativity and resourcefulness in designing memorable event experiences.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Experience in hospitality management, event planning, or a related field is preferred.
