Job Description
As a Crew Member at Crawford Lawn Care, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' properties receive the highest level of care and attention. Working closely with our Crew Leader and other team members, you will contribute to the successful completion of various landscaping and lawn maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
-Collaborate with the Office and other team members to properly complete our schedule
-Perform regular maintenance to equipment to keep in good condition and running well
-Ensure the safety and wellbeing of our crew, equipment, yourself, and bystanders
-Leave the property better than we found it - cleaning up before we leave
-Maintain our Company Culture | Maintain customer relations
-Log all completed jobs for your monthly bonus
Requirements
-Operate and maintain power equipment and tools
-Attention to detail and pride in providing high quality work
-Physically fit for all outdoor working conditions
-Communication skills to collaborate effectively with the Office team and customers
-Strong work ethic
-Maintain our Company Culture | Maintain customer relations
Schedule
-Regular hours - Monday-Friday - 8:00am-5:00pm (subject to change day-to-day)
-Saturdays - reserved for backup if needed, rarely
-Sundays - OFF
Wage
-Start at $12-15 /hour + 3% of all completed jobs revenue
