Maintenance Technician - Manufacturing - Direct Hire - $28/hr

Aegis has partnered with a manufacturing company looking for some Maintenance techs to join their team! 

This is a direct hire role that comes with full benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401k!

Compensation: Up to $28/hr + Full benefits + paid OT 

Shift: 2nd - SUNDAY - THURSDAY 2PM-10:30AM or 3rd 10:30PM-7AM. 

What are the Maintenance Technician position responsibilities?

• Setting up machines for various products,
• Trouble-shooting hydraulics, electrical and pneumatics,
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment,
• Repair, rebuild and welding,
• Lubrication, hand truck repair,
• Building repair and maintenance
• Other duties assigned by supervisor.

What essential skills and experience are required?

• Mechanical background
• Welding-Tig/Stick
• Read blueprints (electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic)
• Plumbing skills (water, air and hydraulic)
• Ammonia Refrigeration knowledge
• Time management: ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong team player
• Communication skills:   ability to communicate with a multitude of plant personnel as well as maintenance personnel.
• The ability to work at heights up to 25’ a ladder or man lift.
• The ability to work weekends is necessary.
