Outpatient Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at Table Mountain Physical Therapy! Job Summary:

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to diagnose movement dysfunction and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic approaches, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises and patient education.
• Motivate and empower patients to actively participate in their recovery, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Participate in clinic initiatives to enhance quality of care and patient experience.

Qualifications:

• A valid state license to practice physical therapy.
• Strong clinical skills and evidence-based practice knowledge.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Patient-centered approach with a focus on education and empowerment.
• Ability to work independently and manage a multi-patient caseload efficiently.
• Positive attitude and commitment to professional development.

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

• 4x10
• 5x8
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• No weekends

License/Certification:

• California Physical Therapy License (Required)
