Property Caretaker

Meliora Properties Group is looking to hire a new Property Caretaker to join our team!

Among the responsibilities included but not limited to:  

• Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all of our units are 110% ready for the next Guest!
• You will be conducting inspections to ensure all cleans are up to standards, and that everything is ready for the guest to arrive.
• You will be driving between multiple buildings to check units, handling deliveries of different items that may be missing from units, or delivering items to guests directly.
• You may be asked to handle minor cleaning as well to fix any small issues that may have been missed in the initial cleaning process or after maintenance work has been completed in the unit.
• Inspect and inventory linens
• On-call help is needed for possible emergencies

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and must be detail-oriented.
• Carries out any reasonable request by management that the employee can perform.
• Ability to speak clearly and effectively with guests and employees of the organization.
• Must have open availability and be able to work weekends and holidays.

• Have reliable transportation
