No experience necessary. Principal responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Has very good math skills and is able to do long hand math quickly
• Enjoys working with others and making guests happy!
• Focuses on the guest experience at all times
• Works quickly and accurately to provide guests a remarkable experience
• Consistently serve the highest quality products all day, every day
• Follows all food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements
• Understands how each job in the restaurant impacts our guests
• Supports the goals, decisions and directives of Restaurant Leadership
• Follows all guidelines for food and cash controls
• Models and encourage the values of Rule The Roost
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work on feet for several hours at a time
