· This position will apply HQ procurement SOP, to team up and drive a maximum productivity and revenue in RMS US office.

esponsible for US branch’s customer service and care to support HQ sales’s and customer’s urgent needs and local support. Point-of-contact for customers, both office and vessel crew, for any issue that relates to:

Requests that have to do with quotes issued by sales & quotation team

Itinerary changes for vessels, re-routing consequences and offering solutions, Last minute requests.

Sourcing alternative products on local market

Negotiating eventual discounts in order to secure orders

· 2 years and above working experience

· Working knowledge and experience with MS Office
