OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to take on the role of Head of Wealth Operations Transformation. This role will be pivotal in leading and overseeing critical work streams related to Consent Order deliverables, specifically focusing on Data and Finance work streams. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 10 and will have global oversight and accountability for successful delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Team ManagementLead and inspire a team of 10 professionals to achieve project goals and meet critical milestones.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.Program ManagementLead and manage multiple work streams related to Consent Order deliverables, with a strong focus on Data and Finance work streams.Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timely achievement of milestones.Implement effective project governance, risk management, and issue resolution strategies.Strategic ThinkingContribute to the strategic direction of the Wealth Operations Transformation, aligning with the overall organizational strategy.Identify opportunities for process improvement, optimization, and efficiency to enhance operational effectiveness.Delivery and Milestone AchievementEnsure the successful and timely delivery of critical milestones for the Data and Finance work streams, meeting the requirements set by the Consent Order.Drive cross-functional collaboration and coordination to integrate and achieve key objectives within specified timelines.Global OversightProvide oversight and guidance on the global implementation of the transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with regional and organizational goals.Collaborate with international stakeholders to drive a unified approach and ensure consistency in execution.RequirementsExperienceMinimum 10 years of experience in leading large-scale programs and projects within the financial services sector, preferably in wealth management operations.Proven track record of successful program management, including Consent Order deliverables or regulatory initiatives.SkillsExceptional program management skills with a strong ability to drive and manage complex initiatives with multiple work streams.Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges and identify optimal solutions.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.LeadershipDemonstrated exceptional leadership skills, including the ability to motivate, inspire, and guide a diverse team to achieve organizational objectives.Proven capability to lead and manage change effectively within a dynamic and evolving operational environment.If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for driving operational excellence and leading transformative initiatives, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
