DescriptionIndependent Health Group (IHG) has retained Robert Half to recruit a Chief Financial Officer, a newly created position, to play a key role in driving their transformation and continued growth.IHG is a commercial organisation, a leading provider of high quality surgical and diagnostic services for the NHS working with patients in the community. They specialise in cataract, podiatric, hernia, carpal tunnel and vasectomy surgeries and pride themselves on significantly reducing waiting times whilst providing high quality care. IHG has achieved significant growth in recent years and they have greater ambitions still in the coming years.As the CFO, you will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy of this organisation. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business, driving growth initiatives, and ensuring financial stability. You will analyse business performance, implement and drive KPIs, ensure compliance and mitigate risks. This is a leadership role encompassing financial strategy and management, strategic planning and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial leadership, ideally, but not necessarily within the healthcare industry, with a focus on strategic planning and business development.The CFO will receive a salary of 100 to 110,000 plus bonuses of up to 10% and share options as well as a genuine opportunity to play a key role in driving this business forward.
