If the answer is yes, this job is the next best thing for you!What will you be doing?Manage and develop team of project management professionalsLead or participate in projects that will improve people, processes and systems in the global HR Organization by partnering with cross regional and functional teamsImplement innovative and scalable processes; take part or coordinate definition of methodologies, practices and proceduresProduce and manage project related documentation, roadmaps, status dashboards, communications to stakeholdersAnalyze data on given processes to produce trends to identify and plan improvement areasFacilitate discussions on complex topics, collaborate and drive towards solutionsManage relationship with stakeholders effectivelyAct as Global Process Owner, managing project intake, resource allocation and prioritization with executive leadershipCoordinate definition of training needs, plans, materials and deliverablesCandidate’s profileHas at least 10 years’ experience in leadership roles supporting people management, project management, and operations management.Has direct management experience of senior level Project ManagersHighly organized and efficient is a must.  Skilled at building strong relationships with stakeholders and understanding their business content.  Role is part of the operations team, not an "outsider" PM role that only facilitates projects.  Rather role is invested in the team and adds value by being part of the executive leadership team.Has led multiple projects at once ranging from small just go do's to large scale corporate programs.  Projects were focused on improving business performance by simplifying, standardizing, centralizing and automating.Has experience in leading remote multicultural teams (cross countries or cross regions) and liaising with various other teams (business, technical, design, etc.) to achieve objectivesIs used to working in a fast moving environment, quickly adapting to change and new strategy (changes in prioritization, deadlines, approach, etc.)Has high attention to details and the patience to pursue things to closureHas excellent communication and presentation skills - directly and succinctly - across cubicles, organizational boundaries and culturesKnows how to net out and summarize problems and recommendations at all levelsHas a strong analytical capacity - developed multiple analyses using complex dataHas excellent interpersonal and customer service skillsHas expert MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)About usWe are a Global HR Operations organization focusing on the amazing experience of our company’s 100k+ employees across 80 countries!  Our mission is to deliver outstanding HR services globally by optimizing our processes and systems.#LI-LG1As a world leader in cloud solutions, Oracle uses tomorrow’s technology to tackle today’s problems. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
