looking for the next step in their career. As a Staff Electrical Engineer,
you will be responsible for:Create PCB design requirements and
specifications with input from other engineering teams.Own PCB schematic designs and drive board
layout, assembly, and testing.Create and execute verification plans written
for board designs.Participate in design integration activities
with cross-functional engineering teams.Hold and attend detailed design reviews for PCB
designs.Required education and skills to have for the success of
this role:Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer
engineering5+ years of experience with high-speed and/or
analog PCB design.Good written and verbal communication skills.Good interpersonal and organizational skills.Experience designing analog and digital circuits.Familiarity with schematic capture tools (Mentor
Graphics preferred) and PCB layout tools (Cadence Allegro or similar).Experience with board stack-up, layout requirements,
and layout constraints.Familiarity with EMI/EMC design best practices.Filter design and signal processing experience
is highly desirable.Ability to apply basic scientific reasoning to
resolve technical problems.Medical device design experience and basic
understanding of regulatory requirements for medical device design control and
manufacturing is preferred.Willing to travel for off-site support ~5%.The pay range for this position is $160,000 - $210,000 annually;
however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills,
and experience. The annual incentive target is 15% of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of
