Job Description: 
Administers and maintains prescribed medications and treatments for residents 
Attend to the needs of residents, which includes assistance with activities of daily living (i.e. personal hygiene, grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring and other health care related tasks) 
Record vital signs or observes resident to detect response to specified types of medications and prepares report or notifies designated personnel of unexpected reactions. 
Presents medication to a resident as prescribed by their physician and as permitted by state regulations. Observe ingestion or other application or administer medication. 
Maintain a liaison with the residents, their families, support personnel, etc., to assure that the residents’ needs are continually met. 
Perform other duties as assigned by Wellness Director.
