• Greet and assist customers, providing personalized experience.

• Answer questions about products, pricing, and availability.

• Process online orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in transactions.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the internet sales area.

• Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales and meet targets.

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.

Expectations

• Meet or exceed sales targets set by management.

• Upsell or cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Stay informed about new products, features, and promotions.

• Ensure products are displayed attractively and neatly on shelves or racks.

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively

• Excellent verbal communication skills to interact confidently with customers.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees and customers.

• Standing or sitting for prolonged periods of time

• Communications skills

• Bilingual - Spanish

Experience

• 1 year in customer service. (Preferred)
