Pricing & Portal Specialist: Pharmsource LLC. are looking for a Pricing & Portal Specialist to join their team in Sunrise, Florida. About the Job: This is an entry level position is responsible for managing the company pricing and portals. Gather market data to ensure our prices are in line with the current market value. Your primary goal will be to ensure efficient and effective inventory pricing, uploads and updates, order processing, reviewing offers on items, customer account and licensing updates, inputting tracking numbers, pedigree requests, audit assistance, returns, and contacting/receiving calls from customers with any issues and concerns. Job Duties: Manage and maintain our portals: Trxade, EzriRx, and Surecost. Upload and update portals. Process portal orders and ensure order fulfillment. Provide efficient customer service for our portal customers. Analyze market pricing and compare it to company pricing to adjust accordingly. Review portal offers daily. Manually input and update tracking info on to the portals. Assist with any Pharmacy Audits. Assist with any pedigree requests. Support customers with their returns. Supports group and/or organization key initiatives and objectives through contributions on project teams to include support of supplier management activities. Performs other duties as assigned by manager. Assists with related special projects as required. Participate in Team meetings. Sills and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 1-2 Years of experience AA or AS, bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field (or equivalent experience preferred). Strong analytical skills, with a track record of making data-driven decisions. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Adept at working in high paced environments. Strong ability to navigate workplace dynamics and relationships. Basic knowledge and understanding of computer systems and software, i.e.: Microsoft Excel, Outlook email, and Microsoft Teams. Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and interdependently within the team. Knowledge of EDI processes and experience in managing EDI relationships with manufacturers Familiarity with pharmaceutical procurement and bidding processes is a plus. Knowledge of system analysis, how workflow changes and related outcomes.
