Location: Bullhead City, AZ


Schedule: Full Time (Mon-Fri 0800-1700)


Patient Load: 20-25 Patient/Day Average


Wage: $100,000 - $135,000 / year base (plus bonus averaging about $7k - $12k per month)

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and promote continuity of care.

Requirements:


  • Licensed NP/PA in the State of Arizona.
  • DEA License Without Restrictions.
  • No restrictions with Credentialing with Managed Care Organizations.
  • Open to new graduates.
