Responsibilities:
Company Description- Advise the Department Manager of personnel requirements for the project plan.
- Monitor and control budgets against the project plan.
- Review vendor bids and documentation for technical acceptability.
- Maintain a level of supervision that empowers and provides a flexible, responsive approach to the design, procurement, and construction of the plant.
- Prepare requisition and technical bid evaluation for piping items.
- Develop and maintain piping line class for specific project requirements.
Requirements: - Experience as a Materials Engineer well-versed in piping line class preparation.
- Knowledge of specialty items datasheets.
- Plant Layout, Piping Design, and Piping Engineering experience.
- Experience in a Lead position.
- Piping Materials expertise in Piping Specifications and Valves.
- Hands-on experience with E3D/PDMS.
- Mechanical Engineering Degree.
- Knowledge of piping and pipe components codes and industry standards such as ASME/ANSI, API, NEMA.
