Minimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.
Join our team at ProCare Therapyas a School Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and make a positive impact on the lives of students.
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with behavioral challenges
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and modify interventions as needed
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to create a supportive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders
Qualifications:
- RBT certification required
- Previous experience working with students in an educational setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and work collaboratively with a team
- Passion for making a difference in the lives of students
