ProCare Therapy, a distinguished provider of educational and healthcare staffing services, is actively seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in Owenton, Kentucky. Join our dedicated team and contribute to enhancing the communication skills of students in the charming community of Owenton.

Position Overview: As a School Speech-Language Pathologist with ProCare Therapy, you will be responsible for providing speech and language services to students in a school setting. This includes conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with educators and parents to support student success.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' speech and language needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support a collaborative and integrated approach to student development.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students both individually and in group settings.
  • Monitor and report on student progress, adjusting interventions as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Kentucky state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
