This position is for a technician who would be responsible for on
-site service and support of IT systems, applications and hardware. This includes systems supporting office applications and printing, commercial applications, and will have remote assistance from other Hanon Systems IT supported locations.

Responsibilities.
- Provide break fix and troubleshooting service for the site computers (Windows client, Full O365 Suite to include MS Teams)
- Provide on
-site IT Operations support as requested for other IT Infrastructure and Operating systems not limited to PCs which includes the AV in conference rooms, locally administered servers, workstations, network routers, network nodes, and printers - Execute incident management, problem and change management processes using Service Now.
- Face off to Hanon Systems business customers within the site ensuring excellent customer service.
- Manage local applications including break fix, housekeeping and system administration as appropriate
- Work with internal resources and outsourcing partners to deliver day

-day IT Operations, ensuring systems/solutions are meeting / exceeding availability and performance service levels, decreasing business impacting incidents and ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved locally within the site - Take ownership of all incidents and initiatives affecting site's IT environment regardless of which group is driving
- Do what it takes to get business working including hands
-on intervention as required - Fix root causes of incidents to assure no repeat incidents and lowering both lost units and lost work hours for those incidents that do occur
- Participate in on
-call duty as required at the local site - Support local change management activities
- Ensure conformance and adherence to working procedures and audit standards

- 10 hours on site 5 days a week - Problem solving skills for PC, Network and Various applications
- Any notable IT and Security compliance certifications beneficial
- Must have clean background and comply with Hanon Systems policies and procedures as well as sign Confidentiality agreement
- Must pass Training for Hanon Systems security requirements
