Corporate Security Director

Summary: Hiring a Corporate Security Director with specialization in federal security standards and industrial security program management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years experience in security management within the military or in a similar leadership role OR minimum of 5 years experience in industry security program management.

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Security or a closely related field.

• Must have thorough working knowledge and understanding of NISPOM.

• Expertise in one or more of the following security disciplines: Personnel, Industrial or Program Operations.

• Experience within the role of CFSO and/or ITPSO is desirable.

Job Responsibilities:

• Administer security measures, policies and procedures in compliance with Federal standards, industry programs, and company security requirements.

• Conduct program audits and inspections to assess, identify, and mitigate any security vulnerabilities or gaps.

• Manage and maintain systems and other measures for the physical safety of all visitors, employees, customers, property and assets.

• Implement security training and communications for effective security management.

• Establish operational plans for preparedness, crisis response, recovery, and other emergency events.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance.

• Broad knowledge of Government directives, relevant Federal regulations, and program specifications.

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
