   • Attend and actively participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.

3. Assessment and Progress Monitoring:

   • Conduct ongoing assessments to evaluate student progress.

4. Behavioral Support:

   • Implement behavior management strategies to create a positive and supportive classroom environment.
   • Collaborate with behavioral specialists and support staff as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Education:

   • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field.
   • Texas Teaching Certification in Special Education.

2. Experience:

   • Previous experience in special education is preferred.
   • Familiarity with a variety of learning disabilities and strategies to address them.
