Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Physical Therapist - Outpatient
Shift: Variable Days / 8:15a-5p/8:15a-3:30p, 8x5, 40hrs per week
Length: 13 Weeks
Requirements:
- MI license
- 1 year experience
- Prior experience in outpatient physical therapy setting
- Equipment and Devices Experience Required - Crutches, Gait belt, Rolling Walker, Shoulder slings, Sit to stand lift, Sliding boards, Standard Walker
- AHA BLS
- Experience in vestibular therapy preferred
Hours are: 8:15 am to 5 pm 4 days a week and 8:15 am to 3:30 pm on 1 day
Guaranteed Hours per Week: 40 hrs
Call Requirement: no
Weekend Requirement: no
Float Requirement: no
Other requirements: Prior experience in outpatient physical therapy setting. Experience in vestibular therapy preferred.
Certification Requirement - State License and BLS (AHA)

About the Unit - This is a large outpatient based rehab clinic. We have PT,OT and SLP departments. We serve patients with orthopedic, neurological and other medical conditions. Patient care is provided on 1:1 basis. Initial evaluations are scheduled for 45 or 60 minutes. Treatments are scheduled for 45 minutes.
