What you will be doing:

You have to relate well to all different kinds of people and exercise clear communication. You will need to have good judgment and discretion in dealing with residents, visitors, vendors, and staff. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated team player with an assertive mindset and unwavering integrity. Your job includes but is not limited to the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the property, including daily walks of the property to ensure common areas, landscaping, laundry, etc. are in ideal condition.
  • Implementation of policies, procedures, and programs that will assure a well-managed, well-maintained building within established management operating and fiscal policies
  • Lead a team to maintain an acceptable occupancy level within clean, well-maintained buildings and grounds.
  • Flexibility to perform all duties and responsibilities of a Night Manager, which includes responding to after-hours emergencies or building problems that arise.
  • Weekly inspections of the exterior and interior common areas of the property using an approved checklist.
  • Prepare and oversee regular market surveys, as requested.
  • Prepares weekly Vacancy Reports, monthly Budget Variance Reports, Management Overview Reports, and ensures resident lists are accurate and up-to-date at all times
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals and to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Responsible for Eviction Management

What you will bring along:

  • 2+ years of Leasing and Multifamily Property Management experience.
  • Available 40 hours a week, which involves two 6-hour weekends a month.
  • Valid Arizona Driver’s License.
  • Able to pass a drug test.
  • Able to pass a background check.

What can accelerate your chances:

  • Engaging customer service skills, and tech-savviness.
  • Experience with Realpage / One Site software is a plus.
  • Online/social media marketing experience is a plus.
  • High school graduate or GED. Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university is a bonus.
