Accountant/Controller
Full time hours, Monday -Friday
8am-5pm OR 9am-6pm
Annual Salary starting at $120k-$125K.
Immediately seeking an organized, detail oriented and experienced Accountant/Controller.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines are essential to being successful in this role.

A Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of work experience is required to be considered for this position.

Duties/Responsibilities Include:
  • A/P
  • Payroll verification (weekly/biweekly)/Reporting Quarterly/Yearly
  • Tracking and posting Lotto income
  • Tracking and posting pull tabs income
  • Preparing and submitting all gaming reporting
  • Prepare IRS gaming reporting of winner.
  • Monthly reporting to owner.
  • Prepare payment for donation distribution.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • 3-5 years’ work experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks
  • Background will be viewed.
