Job Description

An outstanding, full-time opening for a Maintenance Supervisor has become available for an individual with 2-5 years of maintenance supervisory experience, located in a food production facility near Arlington, GA. They will coordinate maintenance activities and repair of machines, tools, equipment, buildings, grounds, and utilities associated with their manufacturing operation. This position will earn a generous base salary and has a great benefits package including full medical benefits, a 401K plan, generous PTO and other outstanding perks.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:


A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field would be preferred. However, relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of formal education.

2-5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a food manufacturing or industrial setting is required.

Experience with supervising maintenance staff and implementing preventative maintenance programs is essential.

Proficiency in understanding machinery and equipment operation is crucial.

Knowledge of maintenance procedures, troubleshooting techniques, and repair methods is necessary.

Familiarity with relevant software for maintenance management and inventory control is advantageous.

Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and good manufacturing practices (GMP) is important for ensuring compliance and maintaining a safe working environment.

A commitment to continuous improvement and seeking out opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, minimize costs, and optimize resource utilization is desirable.
