Industrial Electrical Superintendent

Responsibilities:

• Help foster a daily culture of zero accidents or injuries
• Facilitate turnover meetings between project management and field personnel
• Participate in manpower meetings
• Assist Project Manager with hotel accommodations, per-diem, and timekeeping
• Assist with estimating projects, submittals and managing smaller projects from start to finish, when assigned by Project Manager.
• Help complete job setups, buyout, and material purchases and follow ups
• Perform site visits to check in on ongoing projects and maintain customer relations
• Review customer schedules and create/maintain MEP schedule including equipment delivery schedules.
• Create RFI's and assemble info and pricing for change orders at the request of the Project Manager
• Daily problem solving
• Perform other duties assigned by Operation Manager and/or Project Manager
• Be able to Assist in the field if needed to

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of construction site management experience preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills including customer service, written and verbal
• Organizational skills with effective time and resource management
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Smart sheets.
• Lifting as much as 85 pounds
• Able to handle and control tools or equipment
• Ability to work outdoors with exposure to weather
• Ability to work at heights from ladders, lifts and/or scaffolding
• Ability to work in cramped, awkward and/or confined spaces while kneeling, bending, crouching, or stooping for prolonged periods of time
