Telemarketer - State Farm Agent Team Member

About the Role:
Insurance Specialist/TelemarketerFlexible Hours with base between $15-$25/hour, flexible schedule 25-30 hours a week between 9:00a to 5:00p Mon-Fri, possible some evenings and weekends on flex hours.

Responsibilities:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Educate customers on their insurance options
• Meet weekly sales goals and daily call activity

Requirements:

• Some sales experience (retail, outside or inside sales or telemarketing)
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
• Able to learn computer functions in short term fast-paced office.
• Current Property and Casualty license in Oklahoma and adjacent states
• Current Life and Health license in Oklahoma and adjacent states
• Ability to obtain a Mortgage License
• Team oriented with preferred Bilingual
