We are looking for a full time Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Mobile, AL.

Territory Managers responsibilities and duties:

  • Follow specific Sales Process Model to create sales protocols and procedures designed to increase conversion rates and improve incoming sales interactions
  • Collaborate with Account Management teams current best practices and use emerging technology and intelligence to improve our overall sales in the market
  • Create positive and lasting relationships with our physicians and facilities
  • Train and Increase product knowledge among Associate Territory Managers and involve senior management in product knowledge initiatives
  • Assist in management of current staff as well as the hiring of additional support
  • Have “Buy In” to current Accountability Measures
  • Help improve brand awareness and social media presence in cooperation with the marketing department

Territory Manager skills

  • 10+ years' successful experience in outside sales experience preferably in the Laboratory/Diagnostics space
  • 3+ years' experience in supervisory role
  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • “What Else Can I Do” attitude towards Territory and Accountability
