NRGUSA is seeking a Bindery Operator for a commercial printing company.
Full time- All shift available.
- Folder Operators (MBO’s, Stahl & Vijuk)
- Glue Folder Operators (Bobst, Moll)
- Cutter Operators (Polar)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate bindery equipment such as cutters, folders, and die cutters to complete finishing tasks for printed materials.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure finished products meet specifications and customer requirements.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of bindery equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete jobs in a timely manner.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to read and understand written instructions including those dealing with dimensions and quantity.
- Ability to apply written instructions to machine set-up.
- Good knowledge of the machine operation and set-up practices.
- Knowledge of the operation and function of other bindery equipment and machinery.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Three years of job-related experience to be proficient in all phases of the work.
- Previous experience in a bindery or print production environment is preferred.
- This position requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range $20ph-30ph
