Quality Control Manager, Up to $28.00/hour - 1st, Fort Wayne, IN
This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a company that has facilities across the entire country!
Qualifications:
3+ years of previous machine and facility maintenance experience is required.
Industrial pain experience.
Oversee daily part inspection activities.
Read and interpret blueprints
Conduct layout activities for the customer
Complete first-piece inspection and document results.
Skills:
Ability to troubleshoot machinery issues and provide recommendations for solutions.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Must be able to follow written and verbal directions and be able to comprehend operational procedures.
Supervisor experience.
A day in this position: Coordinates daily, short term and long-term activities of the Paint Department Lead. Ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction through continuous improvement. This is a temp-to-hire position!
