Job Title:  Janitors

Location:  Bushland, Texas 79012

Duties:

• Perform twice weekly services during normal working hours 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
• Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms (to include behind and around basins, stools,
  urinals, light switches, towel dispensers and toilets).
• Refill soap, toilet paper, restocking each restroom with additional (1 roll) tissue
  placed on back of toilets, hand drying paper, and sanitizer dispensers.
• Cleaning of glass and mirrors
• Emptying trash bins/cans
• Floor cleaning (vacuuming all entry mats (8), sweeping, and mopping all floors)
• Annual, stripping and waxing floors to include Laboratories (must provide one
  week notice prior to stripping and waxing floors.
• Clean all entry/foyer glass/glass doors.

Qualification:

• Proven working experience as a Janitor.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets.
• Integrity and ability to work independently.
