We are seeking a skilled and reliable Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring the efficient and safe production of high-quality goods. The Production Operator will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.

2. Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.

3. Perform routine maintenance on machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.

4. Conduct quality checks on finished products to verify conformity to standards.

5. Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and targets.

6. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

7. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs as needed.

8. Document production and maintenance activities accurately and in a timely manner.

9. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Proven experience as a Production Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.

3. Knowledge of production processes, machinery operation, and quality control.

4. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.

5. Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

6. Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

7. Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.

8. Good communication skills.

9. Must be 21+ years or older, pass state and federal background checks and able to obtain specific licenses

Physical Requirements:

1. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects 50 lbs and perform physical tasks associated with the role.

2. Stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
