Job Description

Join our team as a Bathhouse Attendant for Solage, serving the needs of the business, our guests, and our colleagues by providing exceptional service through the facilitation of  our Signature Mudslide treatment, taking, serving and collecting food and beverage orders to guest’s pool-side locations according to our standards in a courteous and efficient manner.

  • Facilitate the Mudslide treatment throughout your shift, set up mud lounges, prepare baths and set up sound chairs. Clean and reset all rooms at the end of each treatment stage. Ensures that the highest level of guest service is delivered at all times.
  • Ensure smooth flow of spa operations by reviewing daily treatment schedules and preparing/maintaining guest areas to meet our standards and protocols.
  • Follow opening procedures to ensure that everything is ready and stocked for our guest’s arrival.
  • Maintain all guest areas ensuring an ample supply of pool towels and full amenities.  Clear all dishes and signs of guest use immediately. Reset chairs to standard when guests have left the Bathhouse, remove all used linen.  
  • Maintain cleanliness and efficiency of the bar, prep room and guest restrooms throughout the day. Complete cleaning and organizational projects in the prep room as directed by the Spa Bathhouse Supervisor.
  • Assist the Spa Supervisor with monthly prep room inventory for professional products, inventory for guest supplies, and kitchen inventory for cleaning supplies. Monitor inventory of supplies throughout the month and report any items that are running low to the Spa Supervisor.
  • Follow-up with Spa Bathhouse Supervisor on all comments, concerns and suggestions made by staff members and resort guests.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items, prices, preparation, method/time, ingredients and quality standards of taste, appearance, texture, temperature, portion size, garnish and presentation.
  • Maintain positive guest relations at all times.

The starting pay rate for this position is $17.50 per hour plus tips. This is the pay rate for this position that Solage reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual pay will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.  

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent eye for detail, ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
  • Available to work holidays, weekends and evenings as needed
  • Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and fellow team members to their understanding.
  • Must have or be able to obtain RBS training according to state laws within 30 days upon hiring.
  • Must have or be able to obtain a food handlers certification within 30 days upon hiring.
