Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager

Job Description: Our Restuarant General Manager plays an important role in delivering outstanding, high-caliber seafood experiences our guests adore. This critical position is responsible for leading and developing a diverse team of culinary professionals; interacting with patrons warmly and engaging directly on the line; analyzing sales data to help ensure maximum profitability; maintaining exceptional attention to detail when it comes to safety, cleanliness, organization - all facets that make us shine!

Qualifications:

• Four years of Restaurant Manager experience
• Strong financial acumen, including an understanding of P&Ls and COGs
• Required food handler certification
• Must have an open availability schedule
