Position Overview:

We are actively seeking dynamic and skilled Electricians to become part of our team and act as representatives of Nandail Property Management. As a valued team member, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional services to our clients and customers in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help clients on-site with Electric issues.
  • Prepare cost estimates.
  • Understand and apply blueprints and technical diagrams.
  • Inspect electrical components including transformers and circuit breakers.
  • Use testing devices to identify and report electrical problems and repair or substitute damaged units.
  • Install safety and distribution components (e.g. switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels, etc.).
  • Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components.
  • Use hand and power tools.
  • Adhere to state and local building regulations.
  • Complete work orders on time and ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Create records of materials used.
  • Fully understanding local and federal regulations for safe electrical systems.
  • Communicate with other personnel to discuss project details.
  • Provide feedback to improve product reliability and performance.
  • Communicate technical information clearly and understandably.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Follow safety rules on field visits and be aware of industry regulations to make sure everything is done the right way.

Requirements:

  • Valid electrical license.
  • Own transportation and valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.
  • Proven experience in commercial electrical systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
  • Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
