Front Desk Agent

Arbuckle Lodge in Gillette, WY is UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! We are now hiring for an outgoing, energetic front desk agent that is available to work a variety of shifts at the front desk of a limited service, upscale hotel.

Must be self-motivated, possess excellent customer service skills, be organized, able to multi-task and handle busy situations. Main responsibilities include making reservations, selling and upselling rooms, checking guests in and out, and handling guest requests or concerns in an effective and efficient manner. Must be available evenings and weekends. If you are great with people, this is the job for you.
