Job Summary:
A leading manufacturing company is seeking a self-motivated and goal-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role requires superior communication, computer, and organizational skills, and offers the opportunity to be a key player in our customer service operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and fill online orders efficiently.
  • Proactively call customers for weekly orders and manage delivery schedules.
  • Handle phone orders and inquiries with professionalism.
  • Prepare invoices and statements accurately.
  • Maintain office organization through scanning, filing, faxing, and copying documents.
  • Provide administrative support across the office.

Qualifications:
