-Level II (Culinary Experience preferred)  Level 1 (Food Prep experience helpful but not required).
-Must be reliable and able to self - manage

-Must be comfortable executing large volume recipes and have a strong attention to detail
-Must be able to adhere to commercial food preparation & safety standards
-Must be able to read and understand basic cooking directions

Summary

Expectation is the person in this position will be self-managing and responsible for efficient food preparation and condiments for all boats.  Adhere to commercial food preparation, safety standards. FIFO for quality control. Communication to boat management to ensure waste is minimal. Clean up, and sanitation responsibilities included. 

Prepares boat menus using standardized recipes including entrees, banana bread, salads, cookies, and specialties for cruises.  Prepares food for varying passenger counts from 30-100.  All menu items and condiments are to be re-filled and ready for service of following day.
