Direct Support Professional

NEW Care, Inc. is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals for our Residential Care Facility.  We are seeking individuals who are dependable, energetic, and compassionate to join our team of exceptional caregivers. We offer a newer and higher competitive wage of $15.00/hour and have full-time and part-time shifts available on our day shift.  Some positions also have a shift differential pay depending on hours worked.  Come work for a Company that offers you the opportunity to grow and advance in your career!

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior work experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment preferred
• Must be in good physical health and able to lift and move residents, and possess physical capability to perform job-related duties
• Must be compassionate and personable
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize assignments
• Ability to handle emotional and stressful situations in a professional manner
