Nami Nori Commissary Kitchen is looking for a detail oriented and organized Prep Cook with a passion for the food industry.
Nami Nori is the first concept to specialize in open-style sushi hand rolls in New York City. Our mission is to create a devoted fan following for temaki through omotenashi, the Japanese art of gracious hospitality. We are committed to creating great experiences for both guests and employees alike.

POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for prepping and packing goods up to the amount of businesss need and providing culinary and porter/cleaning support to the commissary kitchen as assigned by Chef on Duty.
