Job Description
Mikkeys Retro Grill Cedar Hill en Cedar Hill, TX está buscando un chef para unirse a nuestro equipo de 15 personas. Estamos ubicados en 642 Uptown Blvd #120. Nuestro candidato ideal es autónomo, ambicioso y trabajador.
Responsabilidades
Supervisar las prácticas de manipulación y saneamiento de seguridad de los alimentos para el personal de cocina.
Preparar platos según las preferencias del cliente.
Planificar y delegar tareas de preparación y cocción de alimentos al equipo de BOH.
Capacitar y desarrollar cocineros según sea necesario.
Calificaciones
Gran atención al detalle con habilidades organizativas excepcionales.
Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo con capacidad para motivar al equipo.
Certificado de manipulación y seguridad alimentaria pertinente.
Experiencia como chef es un plus.
